Preorder Notice

All Fish Resin Lamps sold by Sharon's Forge are handmade and made-to-order.

Production Time: Please allow approximately 3 months from the date your order is placed for your Fish Resin Lamp to be handcrafted. Once completed, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for shipping.

Due to the handmade nature of each lamp, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeframe that applies to your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our Fish Resin Lamps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect style or option selected by the customer
• Color variations or resin pattern preferences
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Delays that occur within the stated production or shipping timeframe

Damaged Items

We want you to love your Fish Resin Lamp. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged lamp, the shipping box, and all packaging materials.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Natural variations in handmade resin, including minor bubbles, color differences, or artistic details.
• Minor imperfections that do not affect the function of the lamp.
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, dropping, misuse, or modification.
• Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, water, or direct sunlight.
• Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
• Items that have been used, altered, or repaired by anyone other than our shop.
